Offseason summer weightlifting will begin Monday June 13th and end Thursday July 21st.
Monday: 5:30 a.m - 7:00 a.m.
Tuesday: 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Wednesday: 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Thursday: 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
There will be no weightlifting the July 4th week

The first day of practice in the Spring of 2017 is on Monday March 20th!
Spring Break falls from March 25th-April 2nd.
All levels practice over spring break. The expectation is that all baseball players are in attendance during these practices in order to be eligible for making the team.
