Final Result - Consolation Bracket Champions

We started out the day a little sluggish against Badger but improved as the day went on. Against Badger it looked like we were still waking up and it took almost all game to get comfortable. Chase Erickson had at least three standout saves that kept the game close Lucas Graveley cleared a ball off the goal line. We were able to find our rhythm and work out nerves and played some good soccer in the next games. Playing three games in a day is always rough but I think our last game was by far our best. We controlled the pace of the game with good movement and distribution and created many chances. Bobby had a great day finding holes in opposing back lines and was able to make his chances count. In my eyes the consolation title on the trophy is of little relevance today. We earned our victories today.
