MILTON: 0
Westosha defeated visiting Milton 25-19, 25-13, 25-16 in the WIAA Regional finals. The Lady Falcons were lead once again by Senior Maddie Brown who had 16 kills and four aces. Assisting Brown were Kaeley Mueller, Rachel Barthel, Abi Marquenski, and Devin Gillespie who combined for 24 kills and seven blocks. Sarah Blair added 12 digs and Danielle Stachura had 31 assists.
"Tonight we saw the consistency we were looking for all year", said Coach Berg. "Every phase of our game was there and we did not give up any runs.. I give credit to Devin Gillespie and Abi Marquenski tonight for their performance at the net".
Next up is a rematch on Thursday night with Tremper who defeated the Falcons at the Smash Tournament earlier this fall.
