The third seeded Falcons were able to knock off 13 seeded Wilmot in straights sets 25-10, 25-12, 25-15 in the regional semifinal game.
"Tonight on the defensive end we were lacking and offensively we were off" said Coach Berg. "I felt a little complacency tonight and we need to bring it. I give a lot of credit to Rachel Barthel (10 kills, four aces) on making smart choices offensively tonight along with Maddie Brown (13 kills, nine digs). I give credit to Wilmot for their fight and scrappiness".
Central also got contributions from Sarah Blair (12 digs), Danielle Stachura (20 assists and nine digs).
