For the third time in four years the Lady Falcons started the season with a victory. This season the Falcons jumped out to an early lead over Palmyra Eagle, finishing the first quater up 17-2. By halftime the Falcons extended the lead further to an insurmountable lead of 30-10.

By the time the game was over the final score was an impressive 56-13 in favor of the Lady Falcons. Leading the way in scoring was Jaela McGill with 19 points and second in scoring was Abi Marquenski with 12 points. Other contributors included Madi Stanczak with 7 points, Brienna Bostanche with 9 points, Maxi Marinis with 3 points, Hope Howell, Elaine Andersen, and Meghan Sippy with 2 points a piece.

Next up for the Falcons is a game this Thursday at Jefferson. 

This year's team is a good combination of under and upperclassman. The Falcons should be a contender in the Southern Lakes with four of give starters returning from last years team including Madi Stanczak, Jaela McGill, Brienna Bostanche, and Mackenzie Meyers.
