The girls cross country team secured a second place finish at the Franklin Invitational thanks to the Capra sisters. Melissa Capra finished first overall in the varsity race by finishing the race in 19 minutes and 29 seconds. Just behind Melissa was her sister, Meghan, who finished the 5K race in 19 minutes and 56 seconds.
